Featured Recipe: Simple Balsamic Vinaigrette
Salads can be the main attraction or the loyal side kick that rounds out your meal. And when a salad needs to stay to the "side," all you really need is a good salad dressing. My favorite go-to dressing is our Simple Balsamic Vinaigrette. Drizzled over a crisp Romaine heart wedge, baby field greens or fresh baby spinach, this dressing will highlight the greens, not camouflage them.

Oh my goodness! How did I miss Kitchen Scoop until today? Have had Desperation Dinners for years -- we spend 6 weeks in Florida every winter and it is the only cookbook I take with me. Brunswick Stew is fabulous and tastes like it cooked for hours! Flake chicken is a favorite and I'm saving the black bean soup recipe forever!
