Featured Recipe: Simple Balsamic Vinaigrette
Salads can be the main attraction or the loyal side kick that rounds out your meal. And when a salad needs to stay to the "side," all you really need is a good salad dressing. My favorite go-to dressing is our Simple Balsamic Vinaigrette. Drizzled over a crisp Romaine heart wedge, baby field greens or fresh baby spinach, this dressing will highlight the greens, not camouflage them.

This salad dressing was the star of the house party I've hosted for my friends. It is delicious and, it seems there's never enough of it. Everyone wanted seconds and I just wasn't prepared for such a success.
