I was thrilled to see your column in the Charlotte Observer this morning.
A friend gave me your first book as a Christmas present one year. I use it all the time. Actually, we had Two-for One Noodles last night. I've purchased all your books. When we moved, the cookbooks were packed up in storage. I went out and purchased more just to have them with me! I rely on them so much.
