Dinner at home in Paris

We have had our amazing dinners out....have yet to have a "bad" experience. But there have been a few days when we've grabbed a late lunch or been so exhausted that the idea of going out to dinner just doesn't appeal. So that has left cooking at home. In Paris! Did I really just say that?
I am finding my Desperation alternatives still work, here in Paris.
Pasta is always an easy dinner alternative. Fresh vegetables are the key. This pasta is spaghetti tossed in olive oil with cheese, broccoli, tomatoes, ham and garlic.
Speaking of vegetables, why not a veggie plate? Tomatoes, French green beans, and new potatoes all purchase just hours before serving. (Pictured above)
A good hearty sandwich does just fine when the ingredients are fresh. Besides, I can't get enough of the freshly baked baguettes! (I also feel so Parisian when I'm walking home from the market and the bread is popping out of the top of my shopping bag.)
I'm saving the French classics for the chefs.
