Featured Recipe: Strawberry-Feta Side Salad
There is something special about this salad. It just goes together. One flavor builds on the other, which compliments the others and it is pure food harmony. Because the strawberries are the crowning jewels, I have always waited until the full season to even make this salad. But some early, surprisingly sweet and juicy strawberries were on sale at a local grocery and I couldn't wait another day.
Look for early strawberries in your area. The smaller the better this time of year. Wait for the season to grab those big juicy ones!
