Featured Recipe: Kelly’s Pork Carnitas
From the first moment I tasted my friend Kelly's Pork Carnitas, I was hooked. I was prepared to labor intensively in the kitchen to duplicate them. So when she told me they are made in the Crock Pot with a quick stir fry for that signature crispiness, I was even more enamored. Serve with rice and beans for a truly authentic Carnita dinner. If you really want to make it special, add a batch of our super Sangria. Ole!

Kelly cooks Jasmine rice according to package directions and adds a squirt of fresh lime juice and chopped cilantro to finish....it's an easy "pilaf" that goes great with her Pork Carnitas!
