Featured Recipe: Creamy Swiss Chard with Cheese Ravioli
Do you cook with Swiss chard? Have to admit that it’s a new veggie for us -- we didn’t grow up with it -- and once it started appearing in our CSA farm share boxes, we had to get with the program on it. After a bit of online research, we learned that chard is similar to spinach, but has to be cooked longer because the leaves are tougher.
This recipe from Alicia for Creamy Swiss Chard with Cheese Ravioli is easy and delicious. You should be able to find the very nutritious fresh chard in the supermarket through the fall.

No recipe to share...but a tale of how Swiss Chard saved our poor, old cat's life. He'd been missing for a couple days and when I sent my girls out for some late season chard, they heard a small, pitiful meow and found him. http://bluebarnbulletin.blogspot.com/2008/11/swiss-chard-to-rescue.html For some reason, we haven't planted any chard since then but I usually use spinach recipes and sub it for the spinach.

Well I also have not any chard recipe to share but I will definitely make this recipe which you have given here.I like to eat chard and yes it is similar to spinach.
