One-Bowl Chocolate Fudge

Looking for a hassle-free homemade Valentine that’s guaranteed to impress? One-Bowl Fudge* is fairly miraculous on all fronts!

This recipe, developed and trademarked by Kraft Creative Kitchens, gives you a lot of mileage out of your seven minutes of prep. Kraft suggests adding nuts or coconut as a variation on plain fudge, but why stop there? Here are a few more variations we dreamed up, and we're sure this is just a start. Please leave your fudge flavor variation ideas in the comments section of this post.

Now for our list:

Marbled Fudge -- Swirl in 1/2 cup marshmallow cream.

Minty Fudge -- Substitute 1 teaspoon peppermint extract for the vanilla extract.

Old-fashioned Fudge -- Adding 1/2 teaspoon salt when you add the flavoring gives the it that "old general store fudge" flavor from when we were kids.

Refrigerate your fudge, and you'll be ready with a treat that's sure to satisfy your special Valentine!
