There is a "junk" yard/ antique store out in the country half way between Raleigh and Charlotte. I stopped in one day and went crazy with photos. Couldn't believe when I saw this can lying in the grass. Melinda, I think the story on the beer was that it was a complete flop, even though it was mass produced for a year or so.

First of all the title should read Cheap Fast Great! I found your book at a Scholastic book fair at my daughter's elementary school and am absolutely floored by it. I subscribe to many food magazines, I have many other cookbooks but hands down when I want something different, easy and delicious I go straight for your book. Ha! I do remember. I'm guessing sales of this beer were right up there with the popularity of his brother during his presidency.
