Featured Recipe: Ciabatta, Chicken and Cheese Sandwich “To Go”
I'm not sure what the weather is like where you are, but here in North Carolina, it's warming up. And when warm weather comes, I head outside at every opportunity, especially to eat! In fancy terms it's dining al fresco, but for me it's just fun! There's something about eating outside that makes the food taste better! Don't you agree?
Whether you step out on your deck for a leisure lunch or pack it up and head to a local park to meet friends, transportable food is a must. I love our Ciabatta Chicken Sandwiches and Tomato and Cucumber Salad for staying or going. Let me know if you're al fresco dining where you are and what your favorites are in the commnets section following this post.

That does sound wonderful. Beverly and I used to take wrap sandwiches when we'd go see the North Carolina Symphony in the Park. We called them our Symphony Sandwiches. If you preferred a warp to the Ciabatta roll, the ingredients would be equally wonderful as a wrap. Enjoy!
