Featured Recipe: Grilled Shrimp Dijon
I'm craving our Grilled Shrimp Dijon, so that's my go-to entree for the deck party. What are you planning on serving?
Need a delicious steak recipe? Nothing will satisfy like our Amazing Steaks.
Or maybe chicken is more your thing? Barbequed Chicken Quarters are always winners....
Or maybe you want to go with kebabs? Our Chicken Satay is absolutley wonderful. 
Don't forget the peanut sauce!
Or our simple Chicken Kebabs can be served with any sauce you desire and are especially kid-friendly.

This is delicious over steamed rice and you won't miss a drop of the sauce. Add corn on the cob and salad for a sweat-free meal. Makes a great appetizer when entertaining, too.

I was thrilled to see your column in the Charlotte Observer this morning.
A friend gave me your first book as a Christmas present one year. I use it all the time. Actually, we had Two-for One Noodles last night. I've purchased all your books. When we moved, the cookbooks were packed up in storage. I went out and purchased more just to have them with me! I rely on them so much.

From Natalie H via Facebook: Had a free sample of grilled pineapple at Fresh Market last weekend, so tried it myself.....yummo! I basically cut pineapple spears, marinated them in coconut milk, and grilled with citrus marinated chicken.......very tasty!
