What is it about the Superbowl that just makes a person hungry? We start planning our menus weeks in advance. Earlier in the week we blogged about successful snacking (click here in case you missed it), but today, we want to know what YOU like to serve!
Do you pull out all of the stops for a great halftime chili? Heavy hors d'oeuvres? What about vegetarians?
Please share you menus and ideas in the comments section following this post!

Our Super Bowl tradition for the past several years has been my husband's homemade version of Jambalaya. He has been cooking it for years and has earned quite the reputation amongst our friends and family for his Super Bowl Jambalaya! He makes it the traditional way but adds chicken breast bites to the sauce along with the traditional shrimp and smoked sausage! He makes it in an 18 quart slow cooker so we can serve around 30 or so people! Served over rice - it is YUMMY!

Of course we are going to put out an array of special dips and then go straight to the classics. Wings, Nachos, Pizza, and Beer all with a special twist. Can't wait for the game!

Try watching the superbowl while on a diet. It is absolute TORTURE! Any other day my protein shakes and bars hod me over just fine, but add the superbowl and I'm craving everything from Cheetos to steaks. And it's not like I can just stop watching the game.

I still love the chili-topped-potato-skins. (Just search for skins on the search tool above for the recipe.) Easy to eat, and hearty enough for the hungriest football fan.
