Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken

Or use purchased dressing.
Or use 9 ounces leftover grilled chicken breasts cut into strips.
Or use shredded or grated Parmesan.
Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons Caesar Salad Dressing*
6 cups torn Romaine lettuce
1/2 cup garlic or plain croutons
1 package (9 ounces) grilled chicken breast strips*
4 tablespoons shaved Parmesan cheese, or to taste*
Place lettuce in a salad bowl, and toss with dressing to coat lightly. Scatter croutons, chicken and Parmesan on top. Serve at once.
