Cranberry Ambrosia

Cooking Notes
Any tangerine or orange may be used. Any sweet crisp apple variety may be used.
Cranberry Ambrosia
1 can (14 ounces) whole berry cranberry sauce
3 Clementine tangerines, peeled and sectioned*
1 Honey Crisp apple, seeded and diced*
1/3 cup crushed pineapple with natural juice
1/3 cup chopped pecans
Combine all ingredients in a serving bowl. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days.

via email: Hello Alice----------This recipe was in the Dallas Morning News--12-19-2012--------it was a BIG winner-----with a few changes------used our own homemade cranberry sauce( so easy and the cranberries this season seem extra good) and we crushed our own pineapple from a fresh pineapple!!!!
