Place skewers on uncovered hot grill and grill for 6 to 10 minutes, turning frequently. Serve immediately.
Great Grilled Chicken Kebabs
These Kebabs would be terrific with most any dipping sauce, such as our Thai-Style Peanut Sauce or Golden Mustard Glaze. Even your favorite bottled barbecue sauce will do in a pinch.

I have a recipe here for a Filipino dish derived from Indonesian satay. I've usually made it with pork, but I've also used chicken breast: http://libraryladycooks.blogspot.com/2011/02/recipes-revisitedsati-babi-or-its-been.html

If you have time, you can soak your wooden skewers in water prior to threading the chicken chunks on, this help prevent them from burning up on the grill. But it's no biggie if they do....just break off the charred pieces before serving.
