Irish Shepherd's Beef Pie

SERVES 1 or more - START TO FINISH: 30 minutes
Irish Shepherd's Beef Pie
1/2 cup Guinness Stewed Beef
1/4 cup frozen sliced carrots
1/4 cup frozen green peas
1/2 cup prepared mashed potatoes
Salt and pper to taste
1. Layer beef, carrots and peas in an individual casserole dish. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or until heated through and potatoes are lightly browned. Adjust seasonings to taste and serve.
