Three-Cheese Mashed Potatoes

Recipe Directions

1 package (21 to 24 ounces) plain refrigerated mashed potatoes
1 ounce cream cheese
1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

In a medium microwave-safe dish, combine all ingredients. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir well and microwave until heated through, about 2 to 3 more minutes.
