Salads, Sides | 30 Minutes or Less, Budget-minded, Kid Friendly | Vegetables
SERVES 6 - START TO FINISH: 3 minutes
Low-fat or whole milk could be used.
1 1/2 cups light Ranch salad dressing
2 tablespoons skim milk*
1 bag (16 ounces) cabbage coleslaw mix
In a large bowl mix together the salad dressing and milk. Add the coleslaw mix and toss to coat well with dressing. Serve immediately. (Slaw keeps, refrigerated in an airtight container, for up to 2 days.)
Approximate Values Per Serving: 176 calories (71% from fat), 14 g fat (1 g saturated), 17 mg cholesterol, 2 g protein, 11 g carbohydrates, 1 g dietary fiber, 625 mg sodium
